CCGI or CaliforniaColleges.edu is a free resource for all Sanger Unified School District students in grades 6-12. CCGI can give your student access to college, career, and financial aid lessons. Linked with your students’ high school grade history you can see GPA, graduation status, and college A-G track. As well as access to all college applications, financial aid applications, and much more.

California State University (CSU) — Cal State Apply

The California State University (CSU) is the nation’s largest and most diverse four-year public University. The CSU serves more than 450,000 students. Apply to any of the 23 CSU campuses with one online application. The CSU undergraduate application opens October 1 (select the term you want) — The application deadline is December 1.

University of California (UC)

University of California (UC) are public 4-year institutions that are located across the state of California. Each school has their own variety of degrees and specialities offered. Nine UC campuses offer undergraduate and graduate education; one (UC San Francisco) is graduate/professional only. 

All UC campuses offering undergraduate education use the same application for undergrads. Students can begin working on the admission application for Fall as early as August 1 and it can be submitted between October 1 – December 1.

California Community Colleges

State Center Community College District

Fresno County has several outstanding community colleges, including Reedley College, Fresno City College, Clovis Community College, and Madera Community College. These schools offer associate degrees, certificates, and transfer pathways to CSU, UC, and private universities. Applications are free and open year-round — but it’s best to apply early for priority registration, financial aid, and support services.
